One week after Marco Reus laced up in the next-gen Puma Future 2 World Cup boots in training for Germany, Puma launched the next-gen Puma Future as part of their 2018 World Cup collection.
The all-new Puma Future Netfit 18.1 was just released less than six months ago. Now Puma already debut the second generation of the model, the Puma Future 2.1 Netfit, at the 2018 World Cup.
Puma Future 2.1 Netfit - Silver / Turquoise
This image shows the Puma Future Netfit 2018 World Cup boot.
A quite crazy look, this Puma Future Netfit 2 football boot paint job is designed to stand out on the pitches in Russia. The World Cup boot boasts an eye-catching silver and turquoise look. The silver synthetic part of the upper comes with a unique black graphic design, while all textile elements are turquoise.
Tech-wise, the next-gen Puma Netfit is nothing revolutionary new - The main feature of the next-gen Future 2.1 Netfit soccer cleat is again the textile upper with Puma's revolutionary Netfit lacing system. Its Netfit lacing system allows for endless possibilities in lacing the shoe, making sure the fit is optimal for everyone.
Compared to the first generation, the Puma Future 19 Netfit lacing system ditches the honeycomb Netfit structure in favor for a diamond-shaped pattern. The shape of the collar is also slightly different to the first generation.
The outsole of the next-generation Puma Future Netfit 2018-2019 soccer shoes is the same as the one of the first generation. Design-wise, the sole plate of the Puma Future Netfit 19 football boots comes without the large Puma lettering of the first generation.
