The new Adidas Hearts 2014-2015 Argentina-like Away Kit was unveiled today, after the new Heart of Midlothian 14-15 Home Kit was released one month ago. The Hearts home kit is inspired by the kit worn by the greatest Hearts side ever that was called up to fight in the World War One in 1914.
As tribute to the 1914 team, the new Hearts FC 2014-2015 Home Shirt comes without any sponsor logos, while the Hearts 14-15 Away Kit features the logo of the Foundation of Hearts.
Hearts 14-15 Home Kit
This is the new Hearts 2014-2015 Home Jersey.
The new Hearts 2014-2015 Home Kit features a classical kit design inspired by the strip worn in 1914. 2014 marks the 100th anniversary of the greatest ever Hearts side, which was forced to fight in the World War One. Seven players from the 1914 team died in battle during the First World War.
As in previous years, the club could have had a sponsor on the front of the jersey but it was decided not to commercialise the home top on this occasion as a further mark of respect to the team which went to war.
The whole shirt is a tribute to the team of 1914 - Like 100 years ago, the new Hearts 2014-15 Home Shirt features white shorts and black socks, while unique badge replaces the normal club badge as a tribute to 1914-15 team. Furthermore, it was decided to keep the shirt clean of any sponsor logos.
The new Hearts 14-15 Home Kit features a white polo collar. The dark maroon shirt comes with a simple and classical kit design and is available to pre-order from today.
Hearts 14-15 Away Kit
This is the new Hearts 2014-2015 Away Jersey.
Based on the Adidas Condivo 14 template, the new Hearts FC 14-15 Away Kit features Argentinian blue and white stripes on the front of the kit, while the sleeves are mainly white.
Like the traditional Argentina kit, the Heart of Midlothian 14-15 Away Strip comes with black applications, black shorts and white socks.
