Kroos & Kimmich Get Honored By DFB With Special Badges For Milestones With German National Team

Germany midfielder Toni Kroos yesterday reached a milestone in his career as he became the 16th player from Germany to reach 100 games for the German national football team. To commemorate this achievement, Adidas and the German football federation prepared two special labels.

Adidas & DFB Commemorate Toni Kroos' 100 Games With Special Badges & Inscription

When Toni Kroos entered the field he was wearing a jacket with a special gold label below the DFB crest commemorating his 100 games for the German national team. The font style used makes it likely that is was created by the German Football Federation (DFB).

After he removed the jacket, he revealed that his kit also featured a special gold inscription for the match and his 100 games. Other Germany players had no match inscription on their shirts at all.

Interestingly, Kimmich had a silver badge on his jacket for his 50 games for the national team, but no inscription on the kit.
