Kit Creator, the popular kit design tool, has quietly added a new feature called Kit Vision, which takes your custom kit designs and generates realistic renders across a range of visual scenarios.
Use Kit Vision Now in the Kit Creator
Kit Vision Launched in Kit Creator
Rather than just viewing your kit in the standard 3D template, users can now render it as they want; as a product shot, hanging on a fence, worn by a player in a match setting, or rendered in a PS2-style graphic. There are more than 30 "blueprints" available to choose from, but users can also create their own blueprint via a custom prompt.
Unfortunately, creating renders is not free, apparently due to the backend costs of the used AI tools. The generation is handled by one of three AI models: Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, and Seedream 4.5. Output resolution options go up to 4K, which costs 12 tokens per generation on the Nano Banana Pro model. Tokens are purchased separately, with three tiers available: 350 tokens for €7.99, 1,000 for €17.99, and 2,000 for €27.99. Kit Creator notes that this works out roughly 25% cheaper than accessing the same underlying models directly.
The feature is live now inside Kit Creator. The quality does vary depending on the model and blueprint chosen, as you'd expect from any AI image generation tool. Nano Banana is best for realism, while Seedream keeps details like the kit elements and logos extremely close (most times...).
