Limited to just 500 pieces, the commemorative QPR 1967 League Cup win jersey is kept very clean and simple. Although made by outgoing shirt supplier Dryworld (see collar), it does not bear the logo of the Canadian brand.

The jersey is entirely white with a monochrome club badge and the Smarkets sponsor logo, both colored black. The traditional hoops are made up of the names of all players, the coach and president of QPR at the time of the final, as well as the dates of the match.

In addition, a green goalkeeper shirt featuring the same style and design was presented.
