Inspired by the star of the comic series Captain Tsubasa - Kojiro Hyuga (known in the Western world as Mark Lenders), Juventus x Adidas has launched a special T-shirt as a tribute to Kojiro Hyuga, which aims to give fans a unique experience marrying nostalgia for a childhood icon with a passion for their favorite team.
Kojiro Hyuga is one of the stars of Captain Tsubasa, which featured on Italian TV screens for the first time in the summer of 1986, inspired by one of the most popular mangas of all time and the brainchild of Yoichi Takahashi. The character has stuck in the memory of generations of fans thanks to his extraordinary talent, unwavering determination and iconic Tiger Shot.
Juventus 'Kojiro Hyuga' T-shirt
The new Adidas Juventus 'Kojiro Hyuga' T-shirt is white with the Adidas logo and the Juventus crest in black.
The front of the shirt features text inspired by anime aesthetics, including the name of the character Kojiro and the number 78 in Japanese. Meanwhile, Hyuga and the number 78 appear on the back, accompanied by an image of him wearing Juventus 24-25 third kit.
