December 2025 was relatively quiet on the kit launch front, with only one huge release: Puma's 2026 World Cup kits for European nations.
Still, there were some great shirts that deserve recognition, such as the Congo AFCON kit, Blackburn's 150th anniversary jersey, and Lens' special Sainte-Barbe design.
