The new images revealed show the laceless Adidas Ace 2016 football boots from different angles, including the heel. Also visible much clearer than before is the redesigned sole plate which features 11 conical studs in a pretty straightforward alignment, opposed to the revolutionary, two-layer stud construction of the Adidas Ace 15 cleats.
Set to be launched in January 2016, the laceless Adidas Ace 16+ GTI soccer cleats boast a Primeknit upper with an additional synthetic layer, a structure we can see much better on the newest pictures shown today.
Another key feature of the new Adidas Ace GTI football boots are the bold 3 Stripes on the lateral side, created to not only stand out as bold branding, but also to increase stability in the midfoot area through a set of connections between the stripes. Similar to Nike's Flyknit soccer shoes, the seam at the back of the Adidas Ace 16+ GTI boots is hidden under a glued extra layer to increase durability.
