Just two years after closing their initial agreement, Belgium's Club Brugge and Macron today announced a long-term extension until 2024.
Macron became Brugge's official supplier in 2017-18, replacing Nike, and will remain in that position until at least the end of the 23-24 season as per today's renewal.
Roel Vaeyens: "Over the past two seasons, Macron has proven to deliver very high quality products. As the biggest challenger in European football, they continue to respond to the latest trends, both in terms of technology and design. The customized shirts are very popular with our fans and we are happy to be able to offer the same quality to our players and fans in the coming years. When we started working with Macron, they were a real upcoming brand, but in the meantime they have completely conquered their place as the 4th largest sports soccer brand."
Gianluca Pavanello, CEO Macron: "We are very pleased that we can extend our partnership with Club Brugge, a successful Belgian and European club. This great partnership started in 2017 and by extending this contract, we are making the partnership even more concrete. In recent years, we have succeeded in telling the story of Club Brugge while at the same time safeguarding the core values of Macron: Couture, tailor-made and avant-garde. This was only possible through close cooperation and we are pleased to be able to continue this."
The Brugge 19-20 this kit will be released today at 4PM, with the new home kit set to follow on Wednesday.
