Dominated by Adidas

No less than seven players from the official UEFA Team Of The Year 2014 are wearing Adidas boots currently. One could even add Zlatan Ibrahimović to that list - Ibrahimović has been wearing blacked-out Adidas F50 Adizero football boots lately, after his long-term contract with Nike ended last fall.

Additionally to Ibrahimović, seven players from the UEFA Team 2014 are endorsed with Adidas, including four-time Balon d'Or winner Lionel Messi, Manuel Neuer, Ángel Di María and Toni Kroos.

Nike has two players in the UEFA 2014 Team in Cristiano Ronaldo, who's wearing his trademark Mercurial Superfly CR7 Gala boots and Sergio Ramos, who's sporting the Nike Tiempo Legend V from the 'Shine Trough' collection. Puma is represented by evoPOWER wearer Diego Godín from Atlético Madrid.

In club terms, Bayern Munich is the team with the most players in the team (4), followed by Real Madrid (3), with Atlético Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain featuring with one player each.
