Two months after the launch of the home kit, the new Chelsea names and numbering style for the 2018-19 season was finally shown off in the club's first pre-season friendly. The font will be used by the club in all cup competitions (Europa League, League Cup, FA Cup), while they will use the standard Premier League typeface in league matches.
Chelsea 2018-2019 Jersey Cup Names & Numbers
The special Chelsea 2018-19 jersey font for the Europa League and domestic cup competitions features a smoother design than last season's cup font. The letters style is not known yet.
On the bottom of Chelsea's 2018-19 European cup kit numbers is a monochromatic version of the club crest.
Chelsea will use the font in all cup competitions in the 2018-19 season, including the UEFA Europa League.
