Hummel International, founded in Hamburg, Germany, in 1923 and headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, since 1984, is recognized by its distinctive bumblebee logo and its chevrons.

This potential partnership shift comes at a challenging time for Bordeaux, as the six-time French champions continue its campaign to return to professional status after its financial difficulties and relegation. Currently competing in France's fourth tier (National 2), the club is battling for promotion.

Hummel has never made Girondins Bordeaux's kits yet.
