Liverpool are 11 points clear of second-placed Arsenal with a game in hand. If they maintain their form and win the league, they will receive a £2 million ($2.5 million) bonus from Nike.
Not only that, but Liverpool will also receive a bonus if they do well in the Champions League. Specifically, Nike will pay Liverpool an extra £2 million if they reach the Champions League final and £4 million if they lift the trophy.
