It's the end of a historical partnership. The new Adidas 1. FC Nürnberg 2015-2016 Kit is the last-ever Nuremberg Shirt produced by Adidas, who announced that they won't extend their long-term partnership with the German 2. Bundesliga club in April 2015.
Adidas is based in Herzogenaurach near Nuremberg and has been 1. FC Nürnberg's kit supplier in the past decades. Furniture manufacturers Wolf Möbel again sponsors the new Nuremberg 15-16 Shirts.
On April 26, Adidas announced that the brand wants to put the focus on "signing deals with selected high-profile clubs and national teams as well as young ambitious players". A few days later, Adidas announced the record-breaking FC Bayern Munich Kit Deal. The sportswear manufacturer owns 8.33% of Bayern.

The new Adidas 1. FC Nürnberg 2015-16 Home Shirt features the iconic main color red with vertical Jacquard stripes on the front. Traditionally, the 3 stripes on the sleeves, the Adidas Performance logo on the front and the Wolf Möbel sponsor logo are white.
Adidas combines the main color red with maroon applications for the simple crew neck collar and the bottom of the new 1. FC Nürnberg 15-16 Shirt. The last-ever Adidas 1. FC Nürnberg 2015-2016 Home Kit is anything but unusual.
Black shorts and black socks will complete the new 1. FC Nürnberg 2015-2016 Away Kit.
1. FC Nürnberg will carry over the Nuremberg 14-15 Away Jersey, which becomes the new 1. FC Nürnberg 15-16 Away Kit.
The new 1. FC Nürnberg 2015-2016 Home Kit will be debuted in the last 2. Bundesliga match of the season against Aalen.
