One of our readers this weekend sent us a picture of a leaked Nike Chelsea kit boasting a thin diagonal checkered pattern. Is this the new Nike Chelsea 2017-2018 home kit?
Chelsea 17-18 Home Kit - Fake
This Chelsea 2017-18 home shirt is not the real deal.
Featuring a unique checkered graphic pattern on the front, the design of this kit would be much more remarkable than recent jerseys of the Blues and also much more outstanding than the first home kit Adidas released for the club back in 2006. However, while there is no info yet how exactly the new Nike Chelsea 2017-2018 home kit will look like, it is obvious that this design will be not seen on the first-ever Chelsea jersey from the Swoosh as it is based on a concept made by a graphic designer.
Around six weeks ago, Italian graphic designer Rupertgraphic created three stunning Nike Chelsea concepts. Each of them comes with a diagonal checkered pattern, similar to aboves 'leaked' kit. So the leaked kit is not based on the real jersey but just on a concept.
Do you look forward to see the Chelsea 17-18 home kit by Nike? Do you think his other two concept kits will be also produced by counterfeiters? Comment below.
