Last weekend, German Bundesliga club 1. FC Köln played with last season's anthracite third kit to avoid a kit clash with Augsburg's home kit. Now their shirt supplier Erima announced that they will launch a new black Cologne jersey for the 2017-18 season that will be worn in Köln's 2017-2018 Bundesliga matches away against Hamburg and Stuttgart.

The new 1. FC Köln 'Sixth' kit is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
In their last season as Köln kit supplier, Erima so far released four different Köln jerseys (Home, Away, Third & European Kit). It has been already known that the German brand will also launch a special 1. FC Köln 'Tradition Kit' since several weeks, while the brand's announcement to launch a a new black jersey means that the club will have not less than six different player kits in the 2017-18 season...
The new Köln 17-18 'Sixth' kit will be similar to their goalkeeper jersey
Interestingly, Italian club Fiorentina and its kit supplier Le Coq Sportif some weeks ago announced that Fiorentina would be 'the first professional football team that has 5 match jerseys', while Köln is now set to break the record.
