Adidas this morning released a stunning limited-edition colorway for its Ace 17+ PureControl soccer cleat model inspired by the Confed Cup.
Adidas Ace 17+ PureControl Confed Cup - White / Solar Red
This image shows the Confed Cup edition of the Adidas Ace PureControl boots.
Similar to the X 17+ Purespeed from the same pack but reverting the colors, the Adidas Ace 17+ PureControl Confed Cup football boots draw inspiration from the official tournament ball, Krasava.
Featuring the same graphic print as said ball, they fade from a predominantly red upper (with white Adidas stripes on the outside) towards an all-white sole plate.
The limited-edition Adidas Ace 17+ PureControl Confed Cup boots have a laceless one-piece Primeknit upper that is constructed to offer a cleaner shooting surface than traditional boots while retaining a certain level of lockdown.
A limited-edition launch, the Adidas Confed Cup Ace 17+ PureControl were released on June 15. The RRP is the default $300 (€300, £250).
