The new Man City home kit introduces a modern design. Made by Nike, the new Manchester City 16-17 shirt was officially unveiled at Pep Guardiola's unveiling on July 3, 2016. It is set for a debut in the first pre-season game of the season.

This is the new Nike Manchester City 2016-2017 home shirt.
Based on Nike's new AeroSwift jersey template, the Manchester City home shirt is light blue, with the sleeves offset in navy and light blue. The Man City 2016-17 home jersey comes with a simple collar and the lettering City on the back. "Est 1894" feature as another reminder of the club’s storied history and reference to the new badge on the inside of the left and right sleeve cuffs of the Manchester City 16-17 kit.
The front of the new Nike Manchester City 16-17 home kit comes with the new club crest that was revealed some months ago. Once again, the Etihad sponsor logo is visible below the Nike and club logos in dark blue.
The most remarkable feature of the new Nike Manchester City 16-17 home kit, apart from the logo, is the shorts and socks color combination; for the first time in club history, the Manchester City home kit consists of a sky blue shirt, sky blue shorts and white socks.
