Update: Real Valladolid's season ticket holders have decided to return the coat of arms with an immense majority. The Club will restore the coat of arms used between 1998 and 2022 as of July 1, 2024.
13,471 people cast their vote (67% of the total number of subscribers registered in the Blanquivioleta Portal), of which 11,875 (88,1%) opted for the old shield. 1,596 subscribers (11,8%) voted for the coat of arms implemented in 2022.

Just over a year after changing their logo, Real Valladolid - the Spanish club Ronaldo De Lima is president of - is to consult their members about changing their logo to bring back the old crest for the new season.

Real Valladolid have changed the club logo in 2022 with a simpler and more modern design, but this does not seem to be unanimously supported by the fans. The club decided to consult the members on the change, which came after a meeting with the Supporters' Advisory Committee and a number of organized fans.
Around 22,000 members are expected to take part in the virtual vote, which will take place between 16 and 18 December via the club's members' website. A single question will be asked: "Do you want the previous shield to return? The option chosen by the majority of voters will be adopted.
Whether or not the old logo returns will be announced by the club soon after the voting results are in. The old logo could make its comeback on the club's 24-25 shirts.
