This past weekend, the 2023 USL Championship season kicked off, the league being equivalent to the USA's second division. Most of the kits for the 25 clubs have been revealed at this point, so we wanted to share an overview of all the jerseys that will be worn this year.
The Hummel Charleston Battery 2023 shirt combines the club's classic black and yellow stripes with black raglan-style sleeves and red details. Contained in the black stripes is a subtle iron gate design.

Vaguely inspired by the 1993 and 1994 kits, the Hummel Charleston Battery 2023 away shirt is mainly white with a thin central red stripe and two outer, thinner black stripes. The collar is the most interesting aspecting, coming in black with a white graphic of an iron gate.
Featuring a simple look, the Hummel Charleston Battery 2023 third jersey is predominantly orange with black logos. The city's nickname, 'Holy City', is taken as inspiration, including a special alternate crest.

Away
-Based on the mi Graphic 23 template, the Adidas Detroit City 2023 home jersey is maroon with slightly ligher hoops on the front. The club and Adidas logos come in gold, as do the three stripes down the sides.

The Adidas Detroit City 2023 away jersey plain white with light grey on the shoulder tops and maroon piping around the collar and sleeve cuffs. Gold and mint are used for the logos.
Dubbed "Capitol Kit", the Hummel Hartford Athletic 2023 home shirt is inpired by the Connecticut capitol building, replicating the ceiling pattern in dark green on a green base. Blue is used for all details on the collar and sleeves, while the logos come in white.
Hartford Athletic 2023 Home Kit Released
Carried over from last season, the Hummel Hartford Athletic 2023 away shirt features a gradient design with teal at the top, fading towards white at the bottom. The collar and part of the sleeve cuffs appear in white, as do the iconic Hummel chevrons on the shoulders.

Based on the mi Competition 21 template, the Adidas Louisville City FC 2023 home jersey combines a purple base with black stripes consisting of various diagonal lines.

The Adidas Louisville 2023 away jersey makes use of the mi Graphic 20 template, featuring thin, black diagonal lines across the front.
The Puma Memphis 901 2023 home shirt is based on an old Puma teamwear template, the teamFINAL 21 Graphic jersey. It has a black base with a hexagonal dark grey pattern on the front, combined with monochrome white logos.

Based on the teamGLORY jersey, the Puma Memphis 901 FC 2023 away shirt mainly white with subtle upside down V-shapes on the front. The sponsor logos come in their original colors, while Puma's logos are black.
The Macron Miami FC 2023 jersey is mainly in Miami aqua color, with the addition of orange and white for additional details. There are at least a couple of important detailing from the new kit, one would be the unique map of South Florida at the back and a sublimated orange diamond pattern placed over an embossed frequency pattern.

Last season's kits are carried over. The Puma New Mexico United 2023 jersey has a black base with yellow dots all over it. Yellow is also applied on the collar, sleeve cuffs and Puma logos.
The Puma New Mexico United 2022 away jersey features a bespoke design in mainly yellow. Template-wise, this shirt is based on the Puma teamFINAL jersey, but with a custom tiger-stripe graphic and black on the collar and sleeve cuffs.
Meyba went for something of a psychedelic look for the Meyba Oakland Roots 2023 home jersey. They took the colourful mosaic pattern from the club crest and applied it to the sleeves, contrasting very well against the black base.

The Meyba Oakland Roots 2023 away football shirt uses the same design as the home shirt but substitutes the black base colour for a white one, as well as the logos and details like sleeves taping and the trim on the neckline and cuffs.
Carried over from 2022, the Adidas Orange County SC 2023 home shirt is based on the mi Condivo 22 template. It combines an orange base with a graphic consisting of thin, diagonal black lines on the front that meet at the middle to create V-shapes.

Carried over, the Adidas Pittsburgh Riverhounds 2023 home jersey was created using the customization service miteam. It features black and yellow hoops on the front, with a solid black back and sleeves.

Dubbed the 'Legacy Kit', the Hummel Sacramento Republic 2023 away jersey is mainly black, celebrating the club's 10th anniversary. Various important symbols such as the bear, star and others form a sash, a staple of Sacramento's on-field look.

-The Puma San Antonio FC 2023 home shirt has an unusual look, featuring irregular black and grey vertical stripes on the front and lower back.

Dubbed the 'Red-Out Kit', the Puma San Antonio FC 2023 away jersey is mainly red with a white dotted graphic on the front and black logos.
The Charly San Diego Loyal 2023 football shirt is teal with subtle tonal hoops. Two shades of orange are used for the stripe running down the left of the shirt, through the crest.

The Charly San Diego Loyal 2023 away shirt inverts the home colourway, for an orange shirt with teal trim. An interesting hooped design is employed, with every second one containing a pattern inspired by Mexican blankets.
Carried over from 2022 but with a new main sponsor, the Puma Tampa Bay Rowdies 2023 home shirt features the club's usual yellow and green hoops, based on the Puma teamLIGA Hooped jersey but in a custom colorway.
Also carried over, dubbed the "Volt Kit", the Puma Tampa 2023 away shirt is based on Puma's teamGLORY teamwear jersey. As the name implies, the kit is mainly a bright 'volt' shade of yellow.
Dubbed the 'Route 66 Kit', the Puma Tulsa 2023 home jersey is mainly black with white logos, based on the teamFINAL template. However, a major custom element is added in the form of two green stripes, only interrupted by the sponsor logo.
Stunning FC Tulsa 2023 Home & Away Kits Released
Called the 'Interstate Kit', the Puma FC Tulsa 2023 away jersey features alternating green and gold hoops on a white base, using the same template as the home kit. The Tulsa and sponsor logos come in gold, while Puma's logos are black.
