Nike to End Netherlands Kit Deal?

Nike's deal with the Royal Netherlands Football Federation (KNVB) is set to expire at the end of 2026. Will both parties extend their relationship?

Nike Netherlands Kit Deal Expires in 2026

As of now, there is no info on whether Nike will extend its kit deal with the KNVB. Considering the lead times required for manufacturing and distributing team kits, any new agreement with any manufacturer must be finalized soon.

Indeed, it is anything but certain that Nike and the Netherlands will continue. Nike did not extend its deal with the Portuguese Football Federation, which signed with Puma instead. Nike also announced that they needed to save money - still, the Swoosh signed Germany into a heavy deal after the cost-saving announcement.

Nike and the KNVB have enjoyed a long-standing relationship since the 1996 partnership began, which was last renewed in 2014 for a term extending to 2026.
