Bundesliga club Köln have announced that their latest special-edition kit will be released later than planned after the shipping was delayed due to the "Ever Given" getting stuck in the Suez Canal earlier this month.
Köln managing director Alexander Wehrle confirmed it earlier this month. "That's the way it is. [The shirts] are currently stuck in the Suez Canal, as our outfitter Uhlsport told us."
The shirt, which was revealed by the club way back, will be given to all season ticket holders who waived their right to a refund.

The shirt features a new design and looks like a classic Köln home shirt. It is white with red trim on the collar and cuffs, while also featuring a subtle print of the club badge across the lower front.
Completing the design, there's a print including the names of all season ticket holders who waived their refund, also on the lower front of the shirt.
The Köln 2020-21 special-edition shirt will be worn by the first team when fans return to the stadium.
Following the delay, the club will begin shipping it out to the supporters from early May, as confirmed by Wehrle.
