Nike does not offer anti-slip football socks with rubber grip pads. Nike's anti-slip soccer socks come with NikeGRIP technology, which is inspired by the feet of the Gecko. The Gecko have thousands of small hairs, which makes them able to climb on vertical surfaces and also allowing them to have a grip on all kinds of surfaces. Nike uses ultra fine nano fibre to create a similar effect.

Adidas does also not offer a special anti-slip football sock with rubber grip pads. The Adidas Alphaskin Traxion socks feature a Traxion system on the footbed for added grip. They do not offer as much grip as the special anti rubber grip socks but provide more comfort.

Tapedesign Anti-Sip Socks
Relatively new to the market, Austrian company Tapedesign released their first anti-slip socks in Fall 2016. Tapedesign became popular in the past few months after many players such as Rakitic started to wear them. Tapedesign socks are especially popular in Austria, Germany and Switzerland as the brand managed to get many players to wear them.
