Fortuna Düsseldorf 14-15 Kits released - German 2. Bundesliga team Fortuna Düsseldorf today unveiled the new Düsseldorf 2014-15 Kits at an event at main sponsor Otelo's headquarters involving players Andreas Lambertz, Julian Schauerte and Charlison Benschop.

All Düsseldorf 14-15 Shirts feature the new Puma font for numbers and player names on the back, which is also used by Puma-sponsored World Cup teams and will also feature on the 14-15 Kits of the likes of Borussia Dortmund or VfB Stuttgart.

The Düsseldorf 2014-2015 Kits are made by Puma and will be available to purchase from June 16.

The new Düsseldorf 14-15 Home Kit is mainly red while it has red and white checkered sleeves for the first time. This design element of the new Fortuna Düsseldorf Kit reminds us of Croati's kits more than anything. The Düsseldorf 2014-2015 Home Jersey has a white v-collar, while the club's initials F95 are placed on the back below the collar.

The shorts and socks of the Fortuna Düsseldorf 14-15 Home Kit are red with white applications, and the socks featuring the writing F95 on the front.

The Düsseldorf 2014-15 Away Kit is based on the same template as the Italy 2014 Home Kit. The new Düsseldorf 14-15 Away Shirt is mostly black with red accents including a red polo collar, a red shape at the end of the sleeves and two red stripes on the left front.

Fortuna Düsseldorf 14-15 Third Kit

The Düsseldorf 14-15 Third Kit is lime green with dark green applications and is based on the template of the 2014 Czech Republic Home Kit. The German Bundesliga requires teams to have a Third Kit differing from both Home and Away Kits, often resulting in Third Kits which have no connection to the club's colors or history, like this one.
