Update: Manchester City has officially unveiled a special 2026 “Year of the Horse” kit to honor the Lunar New Year in line with Eastern traditions.

The new Puma Manchester City 2026 Lunar New Year kit features a beige base, with a dense pattern of horse heads on the front, creating a rather abstract graphic layer.
The design takes inspiration from traditional Chinese ink wash paintings (shui-mo hua), giving the kit a bold yet artistic appearance.
The Man City 2026 Year of the Horse kit is designed to honor the 2026 Lunar New Year, and stands out as one of Puma’s most creative cultural releases yet. Black detailing, including the crest, sponsor, and Puma logo, rounds off the sophisticated look.

Manchester City Year of the Horse Collection
The special edition Manchester City 2026 'Year of the Horse' kit will be part of a wider collection that includes training wear, pre-match items, and lifestyle apparel. This follows a successful run of Lunar New Year collections from Manchester City and Puma, including a kit for the Year of the Dragon (2024).
The Manchester City 2025-26 'Year of the Horse' kit is available from Tuesday, 27 January 2026.
