Coventry City have released a one-off special kit to be worn in the League Two Play-Off final against Exeter City next week. The Sky Blues will face the Grecians on Monday, 28th May at Wembley Stadium, going head-to-head for promotion to League One, which is the third tier of English football.
The reason for this is that Coventry have completely exhausted their supply of the regular 2017-18 home kit. The introduction of a special, one-off limited edition shirt will mean that fans will be able to buy a replica shirt ahead of the big game. It's already available to buy from the official club store.

This is the jersey to be worn in the play-off final.
Based on the Nike teamwear, the one-off final shirt is blue and white striped with the dates of the match printed centrally between supplier and club logos.
Dave Boddy, Coventry City Chief Executive, said: “With our existing supply exhausted, we have commissioned a special, limited edition one-off shirt for the Play-Off Final.
“The striped kit is one with much history, especially at Wembley, for the Sky Blues.
“This will not be the kit for the 2018/19 season, so we hope it will be a very unique shirt for the club and fans.”
