Both Adidas and Puma recently released new boot collection for the final phase of the season. Dubbed the 'Deadly Strike' (Adidas) and 'Frenzy Pack' (Puma) boot collections, the new cleat packs of the two German arch rivals are remarkably similar - we compare them against each other. Adidas Deadly Strike vs Puma Frenzy Boot Packs
Adidas' Predator boot is colored 'Unity Ink', while Puma's boot is colored 'Deep Lagoon'.
Adidas Predator 18.1 Deadly Strike vs Puma Future 18.1 Frenzy Pack
Both the Adidas Predator 18+ and Puma Future 18 combine a navy main color (Adidas Predator - 'Unity Ink' | Puma Future - 'Deep Lagoon') with turqiouse-green applications and white logos, creating a quite similar on-pitch impression.
The Adidas X 18.1 and the Puma One 18.1 do not only share parts of the name but also feature similar colors (Adidas X - 'Aero Green' | Puma One - 'Green Gecko'). The colors of both boots are not as similar as the colors of the Puma Future and Adidas Predator, however.
With Cristiano Ronaldo's new signature cleats, Nike recently also released a greenish boot - the Nike Mercurial Superfly 360 feature very similar colors to Puma's Future 10 cleat from the Frenzy pack.
