Adidas is set to release a special retro collection for the Japan national team ahead of the 2026 World Cup. Now, this collection went live on Adidas Brazil - the Japan 2026 retro collection brings back the classic Japan Football Association (JFA) crest from the early 1990s.
The highlight of the Adidas 2026 Japan remake collection is surely the 1993 remake kit.
Japan 2026 World Cup Retro Collection
The Adidas Japan 2026 World Cup Retro collection features a vintage style, showcasing the Trefoil logo and the classic JFA emblem, which was used by the national team from 1991 to 1996.
The 1991-1996 JFA crest features the iconic three-legged crow (Yatagarasu) holding a football, set against a red stripe, with "JFA" in a distinctive green font above. It is a fan favorite and evokes memories of Japan's rise in Asian football during the 90s.
The range includes items such as a T-shirt, a track jacket, and pants, plus, of course, the Japan 1993 remake kit.
