Mumbai City Football Club have become the latest City Football Group team to unveil a new logo. During the event, the club also unveiled its new home kit for the 2023-24 season, featuring the new crest.

The new design draws inspiration from the club's original crest and incorporates key elements that reflect the identity of Mumbai and the club.
The crest features the Bandra Worli Sea Link, symbolizing modernity and the club's commitment to the city. The Mumbai train network, a lifeline for millions of people, is also represented, along with the Arabian Sea, which is integral to the city's identity. The crest includes two fortresses as a tribute to the club's roots and the unyielding spirit of Mumbai.
Roel de Vries, City Football Group Chief Operating Officer, said: "At City Football Group, we have always put our fans and our communities at the center of everything we do. Changing the crest of a football club is a big step that we would only take in alignment with fan support. Mumbai City FC’s new crest has captured what matters most to our local supporters."
Kandarp Chandra, Mumbai City FC CEO, said: "It gives me great pleasure to ring in the next chapter in the great history of Mumbai City FC with the launch of our new crest. [...] Our new crest reaffirms our commitment to preserving Mumbai City’s identity albeit with a modern outlook, as well as aligning ourselves visually within the City Football Group family."
