Brazil Extends Nike Kit Deal Until 2038
Nike's current kit deal with Brazil runs until 2026, and the two sides have agreed to extend the partnership for a further 12 years, until 2038. Nike will continue its partnership with Brazil for four more World Cups: 2026, 2030, 2034 and 2038.
According to CBF, for the first time in history, they will receive royalties from the sale of the Brazilian team's jerseys. CBF will also have product licensing rights and will be able to open stores around the world.
According to earlier reports, the CBF even met and received proposals from another brand (believed to be Adidas) worth billions of dollars to replace Nike as Brazil's kit supplier from 2027. However, Nike executives were in Brazil in November to try to resolve the issue.
According to UOL and Globoesporte.com, the new Nike Brazil kit deal is worth up to 100 million euros per year, on par with the new Nike Germany kit deal.

CBF President Ednaldo Rodrigues said: "The CBF is delighted to renew its partnership with Nike. This is the result of a lot of work, a leadership committed to transparency and a demonstration of the strength of Brazilian football".
Doug Bowles, Vice President/General Manager of Nike Latin America, reaffirmed the commitment between the Swoosh and Brazil: "Our expanded partnership with the CBF proudly marks the beginning of our fourth decade of collaboration and reaffirms our long-standing commitment to Brazilian soccer."
