According to reports from @pattaltman and @Lu_Class_, in addition to ongoing talks with American businesses, Chelsea is in talks with Saudia Airlines as a potential front-of-shirt sponsor.
Chelsea in Talks With Saudia Airlines Over Front-of-Shirt Sponsor
There has been no official confirmation as to whether the airline in talks with Chelsea is Saudia Airlines, or whether it is a return to closed talks with Riyadh Air.
Chelsea had previously held talks with Riyadh Air, but the deal eventually fell through due to an inability to agree financial terms (which may have been due to Chelsea not being able to participate in the Champions League 24-25 or significantly reducing their financial demands).

Chelsea have previously announced that a sponsor is "expected soon", so it is likely that Chelsea will try to speed up the deal with Saudia Airlines to secure a front of shirt sponsor for the 24-25 season.
