Dutch club Twente just announced that it has signed a four-year deal with Spanish brand Meyba.
Based in Barcelona, Meyba has a rich history in the sport and famously produced FC Barcelona's kits in the 1980s. The brand also supplied the likes of Atlético and Betis but has been all but forgotten.

Starting a few years ago, Meyba has launched unofficial remakes of some of its most popular classic shirts.
This new agreement will see Meyba return to European football after a very long time. Here's what they had to say about it:
MEYBA: “This collaboration brings together two historical brands with energy and passion, both on and off the pitch. FC Twente is the perfect platform for the relaunch of our brand. We offer players, employees and especially loyal supporters of FC Twente an exceptional range of tailor-made play, training and travel clothing for the new season. Clothing made using the most modern technologies, along with our creativity in the design we know from the 80's when Diego Maradona wore the Barcelona colors.”
Details on when the new 2020-21 Meyba kits and training gear will be available will be announced later this month.
The deal between Twente and Meyba will be managed by UK firm Elite Group, with whom Twente signed an agreement last year.
