Benzema's New Club Have 20 Euro Teamwear Kits

Karim Benzema recently departed from Real Madrid to join Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad. This move has of course drawn a lot of attention to the relatively unknown club, which currently receives kits from Nike.

Benzema To Play in Nike Teamwear?

Al-Ittihad have been with Nike since the 2022-23 season, choosing to leave Errea.

Unfortunately for Benzema's new club, they received nothing more than basic teamwear that any amateur club may use. This applies to all three of their 22-23 shirts.

For example, the black and yellow striped home jersey currently retails at around €20 or lower in Europe, the template being called 'Striped Division IV'.

It remains to be seen if Nike will step up their partnership with Al-Ittihad following such a high profile transfer. However, this seems unlikely, firstly due to Benzema's ties to Adidas, as well as Al-Ittihad being a relatively unremarkable club in world football.
