As part of the celebrations of its 70th anniversary, Adidas has just unveiled the limited-edition Copa 70 Primeknit football boots, inspired by what are likely the brand's most iconic soccer cleats ever.
Together with the rest of the collection, the Adidas Copa 70 Primeknit limited-edition cleats will go on sale this Friday, January 11.
Adidas Football 70 Years Collection
Adidas Copa 70 Primeknit - Core Black / White
This is the Primeknit Adidas Copa Mundial cleat.
Based on the iconic Adidas Copa Mundial boots, this new contemporary version swaps the k-leather for Primeknit while otherwise keeping the traditional look. The 3 Stripes on the sides are white, as is the heel panel, which additionally featured a black 'adidas' writing across.
'Copa Mundial' is written in gold next to the 3 stripes and a blue box with the 'adidas' writing in its center sits on the tongue, which can be folded over. Completing the boots is the sole plate, which is the same one used on the Copa 19.
