VfL Wolfsburg Kappa Kit deal details

VfL Wolfsburg and Kappa signed a five-year deal from the 2014-15 season until 2019. The deal includes the production of the Wolfsburg 2014-15 Kits as well as official replica merchandise and training products. The Kappa deal was arranged by the VfL Wolfsburg Sporting Director Klaus Allofs, who had good contacts to Kappa as former Werder Bremen manager.

"Our new 2014-15 Kits will be specially designed for the club," said Klaus Allofs, who also expects a boost with Kappa. "Currently our sales figures are not the highest in the Bundesliga. We hope to sell more kits with the new manufacturer."

The German club excited the football world with the signing of De Bruyne this transfer window. The new deal is reported to improve the financial conditions of the current deal with Adidas. The new VfL Wolfsburg 14-15 Kits will be presented ahead of the next season in July.
