Major League Soccer is set to kick off in late February 2020. Adidas and MLS released (almost) all the new MLS jerseys for 2020 on February 5 2020. Now Reddit user TryAgainYesterday has imagined how the MLS 2020 kits would look like if sponsor-free.
Sponsorless Major League Soccer 2020 Western Conference Jerseys
TryAgainYesterday created a graphic that shows how the new MLS shirts of Western Conference clubs would look like if they were all ad-free. He not only removed the sponsor but also the Adidas logo. The trademark Three Stripes that are a main part of the kits were not removed.
Some of the sponsor-free kits look much better, especially the one of Minnesota United. Some of the jerseys look too plain, even though we very much prefer them compared to the versions with sponsors.
The user did not create a version of the Eastern Conference. In the Eastern Conference, Columbus Crew are sponsor-less - the only MLS team without a main sponsors as Qatar Airways has penned a deal with Inter Miami FC.
