German 2. Bundesliga team DSC Arminia Bielefeld recently announced that Joma will become their new kit supplier from the 2017-18 season, replacing long term partner Saller. Saller became Arminia Bielefeld's kit supplier 12 years ago.
DSC Arminia Bielefeld Signs Joma Sponsorship Deal
Saller has been making Arminia Bielefeld's kits since 2005.
No details of Arminia Bielefeld's deal with the Spanish brand Joma has been surfaced yet.
Gerrit Meinke, director of Arminia Bielefeld commented the kit deal: "We have been able to develop the feeling for a good and reliable partnership in numerous talks, whether in Bielefeld or on the ground in Spain, and are looking forward to an innovative collaboration with Joma. I think that our players and fans can look forward to high-quality and fashionably appealing jerseys and collections. I would also like to thank the company Sport-Saller, who has supported us in the past twelve years not only in good but also in difficult times from the Bundesliga to the 3rd league as an equipment supplier."
Joma, founded in 1965 in Portillo (Toledo, Spain), supplies more than 300 football teams worldwide. Joma also signed deals with German clubs FSV Frankfurt and Alemannia Aachen.
