Update: Newcastle fan Miicky B (@MIICKYB1989) shared a picture of what he thought was the Newcastle 25-26 home kit yesterday. Now, Newcastle kit collector @Retro_NUFC has confirmed that the shirt is fairly accurate, with only a few minor changes to the final design.

These little changes are certainly about the template (Newcastle United will certainly use the Tiro 25 template) and, likely, the exact execution of the graphic design. The overall direction of the design should be correct.

This is "close" to the Newcastle United FC 2025-26 home football shirt, made by Adidas.
The Adidas Newcastle United 25-26 home shirt has a novel design with a unique stripe pattern. The Adidas Newcastle United 2025-26 home jersey is predominantly white with three large stripes down the center of the shirt. These stripes are made up of tiny squares and have a colour-shifting effect between white and black. This stripe design also appears on the sleeves.
The three stripes on the shoulders are white, while the collar and Adidas logo are black.
