Liverpool 22-23 Match Away Shirt Almost Sold Out After Just 1 Day - Design Changed at Last Minute?

The Liverpool 22-23 Match away jersey (Dri-Fit ADV) is already almost sold out, just one day after it went on sale.

Unveiled on 12 July 2022, the Liverpool 2022-23 away kit finally went on sale on 19 August. Just one day later, only one size is still available for the more expensive 'Match' version, as was spotted by @KB2X.

As it stands, only size Small shirts are still available for the Match version, whereas the 'Stadium' version is still available in all sizes. Similarly, 'Elite' training top and goalkeeper away shirts are also almost sold out already, despite being on sale for just a little over a day.

One possible explanation is the general uncertainty surrounding Liverpool's 22-23 kits, and especially the away. In case you missed it, the Liverpool 2022-23 away kit was originally supposed to be the green and red one that ended up becoming the third. The, third, meanwhile, was supposed to be grey / purple. It's likely that this white away kit was created in the "last minute" and that less than usual stock was produced ahead of time.

Currently, other sizes of the Liverpool 22-23 Dri-Fit ADV away shirt can still be bought from independent retailers, such as Kitbag, although it's possible that those will sell out soon, too.
