The new Macron Sporting Lisbon 2014-2015 Third Kit is dedicated to Francisco Stromp (1892-1930), player and manager of Sporting Lisbon during the 1920s. Another special feature of the new Macron Sporting 14-15 Stromp Kit is the famous sentence in Portuguese printed inside: "Queremos que o Sporting seja um grande Clube, tao grande como os maiores da Europa" (that means "we want that Sporting is a great club, of the same level of the biggest clubs in Europe") proclaimed by Viscount Jose Alvalade, founder and first member of Sporting Lisbon, whom the Sporting Stadium is dedicated to.
