With today's launch of the new 17-18 home and away kits, Real Madrid also offered a first look at the club's new typeface for player names and numbers.
Surprisingly, the font seen on the new Real Madrid jerseys is not the uniform La LIga design to be used from next season, although it remains to be seen whether this is just for cup games or also the league.
Real Madrid 17-18 Font
This is the new Real Madrid font on the Ronaldo home shirt.
The new Real Madrid font is a modern sans-serif with cutout details around the edges and the club crest placed at the bottom of the numerals.
It is turquoise on the new home kit and white on the away. Both green and red goalkeeper jerseys feature white letters and numbers.
As mentioned above, it'll be interesting to see whether Real Madrid will actually use this font in the league, or only in the Champions League and Copa del Rey.
