Blackburn Offer Fans to Add New Sponsor Patch Over Previous Sponsor Logo

Fans can have the Totally Wicked patch printed onto the front of their shirt free of charge from next week. We are unsure whether the players received new kits or if the player's kits were just patched with new sponsor logo.

Blackburn Rovers, who currently sit in third place in the Championship, have announced Totally Wicked as their new main sponsor.

Vaping store Totally Wicked, which were founded in Blackburn and have already been the club's training shirt sponsor since 2018, will take over for the remainder of the season.

Today's announcement comes as a reaction to performance and recovery brand Recoverite cutting short their two-year deal, which would have ended in the summer. The club and Recoverite state that the Covid pandemic has prevented them from developing "a number of the exciting and innovative product and performance plans" that they had in mind when the deal was signed in the summer of 2020.

Totally Wicked Chairman, Fraser Cropper, said: “Our headquarters are located within a short walking distance of Ewood Park and many of our team across the business, including our leadership team, are passionate supporters of our hometown club.

"With such a great start to this season, along with every other supporter, we hope that this season’s end is as memorable and successful as 1992 and 2001.”
