Adidas have released a special Celtic edition of their famous Samba shoe.

The Adidas Samba was first launched in 1949 and although it's undergone a few changes over the years, it's been a mainstay in the German brand's catalogue ever since. First launched a a football shoe for training on icy ground, the Samba became a popular choice amongst many different groups and subcultures as the years passed.

It's currently at the peak of its all-time popularity, becoming a must-have for those who follow fashion trends, and Adidas are capitalising on its resurgence with several special editions. Today, they launched a Celtic FC version, with the Bhoys joining Real Madrid, Juventus, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Ajax on the list of clubs to be given their own Sambas.
In a shadow green colourway, the Celtic Sambas have a full grain leather upper for long-lasting wear and a premium feel. They feature the trademark brown sole and a padded collar for added support. Finished up with 3-Stripes in green on the sidewalls, the classic Celtic crest to the tongue, and 'The Bhoys' printed to the collar in gold.
