Confirming our exclusive leak, the Adidas Predator Precision 2017 football boots have been released today. Based on the blue colorway as a bit of a surprise, the 2017 Adidas Predator Precision remake is much more similar to the original than previous Adidas re-issue football boots.
Launched in time for Euro 2000, the Adidas Predator Precision was worn by joint tournament top scorer Patrick Kluivert, David Trezeguet, David Beckham and many more in Belgium and the Netherlands.

This image shows the 2017 remake of the iconic Adidas Predator Precision Euro 2000 soccer boot.
Based on the dark blue colorway, the new Adidas Predator Precision soccer cleats feature the trademark three stripes in a dominant way, covering most of the outside. The Adidas Performance logo on the tongue is white. Finally, red is used for said tongue, the collar and the lower part of the studs.
Tech-wise, the Adidas Predator Precision 2017 boots appear to stay closer to the original than previous Predator re-issues. Although we cannot confirm it at this point, most of the upper seems to be made of premium leather, most likely kangaroo. A key characteristic of the OG model, the fold-over tongue of the Adidas Predator Precision 2017 remake cleats is held in place with a Velcro strap.
Additionally, the rubber elements at the front are stitched rather than glued and the sockliner features the exact same design as on the 2000 original. However, the sole plate strays from this and is basically lifted off the Adidas Ace 17, making this remake lighter than the boot from 17 years ago.
The Adidas Predator Precision 2017 soccer cleats have a retail price 330 USD (330 EUR, 250 GBP). The new Predator Precision will be available exclusively in the Adidas Paris Football store from September 5th and in limited numbers (likely as many pair of the Adidas Predator Champagne that sold out within minutes) at selected retailers from September 8th.
