Adidas And Russian Football Union Discuss Blue / White Main Color Option

According to Sport Express, the RFU (Russian Football Union) and Adidas "discuss a blue and white version of the Russian national team kit for the 2022 World Cup".

Russia will start playing in the new set from late 2021 / early 2022.
