Update: Bremen has officially unveiled their new 2025-26 home kit, inspired by the tram lines running through the city and paying tribute to the 'veins of the city' that carry thousands of fans to their home games.

This is the new Hummel Bremen home football shirt for 2025-2026.
The Hummel SV Werder Bremen 25-26 shirt features the classic Werder green (a bit darker than last season) as the primary color with white pinstripes running vertically on the front and sleeves.
The traditional Hummel chevrons are on the sides of the Hummel SV Werder Bremen 2025-26 home football shirt and not on the sleeves. Hummel created a modern collar with a stripe detail on the front.
