Adidas Köln Kit Deal Valid From 26-27 Season

The original Hummel contract was due to run until 2027, but they have consented to conclude the partnership at the end of the 2025-26 season, allowing Adidas to step in a year earlier.
Köln has expressed its explicit gratitude to Hummel for their flexibility and the outstanding collaboration they have enjoyed.
Before the Adidas era begins, 1. FC Köln will continue their journey with Hummel for the upcoming 2025-26 season. Both parties are committed to making the final year a successful one, and FC fans can look forward to more strong kit designs and a very special commemorative jersey during this last year of collaboration.
Köln currently gets 4 million Euro/year from Hummel. A new deal is expected to bring the club more money.

Adidas has been Koln's kit maker on several occasions. The last time Adidas supplied Koln with kits was between 2005 and 2008.
Marina Moguš, Managing Director for Central Europe at adidas, said: "With 1. FC Köln, we are regaining one of the most traditional clubs in German football as a partner. The club has a huge fan base and stands for unique dedication and passion. We are very proud of this new long-term collaboration, which fits perfectly into our strong portfolio of Bundesliga partners. 1. FC Köln and adidas are a perfect match.”
