The new Nike Magista Obra Euro 2016 football boots introduce an extremely bold design with a dominant fade from the red to yellow. Set to be worn by the likes of Andrés Iniesta and Sergio Busquets at Euro 2016, the red / yellow Nike Magista 2016 cleats will be available to buy from May 29.
Nike originally launched the first generation of the Nike Magista Opus boots ahead of the 2014 World Cup and will reveal the second-generation Nike Magista Opus II soccer cleats after Euro 2016.
Nike Magista Opus - Total Crimson / Black / Volt / Bright Citrus
This image shows the utter boldness of the Nike Magista Euro 2016 boot.
Although based on the well-known silhouette of the Nike Magista Opus, the red / yellow Nike Magista Euro 2016 soccer cleats don't have much in common with the very first releases of the model. Dominated by an eye-catching gradient that connects the Total Crimson top part with the Volt-colored lower part, the Nike Magista Opus Euro 2016 cleat only features subtle offsetting of its trademark honeycomb structure.
Unlike most recent Nike football boots, the striking Nike Magista Opus Euro 2016 soccer shoes don't boast a visible outline to the lateral Swoosh, which is black. The same color is used for the lower part of the outsole of the Nike Magista Euro 2016 boot.
Tech-wise, the Nike Magista football boots haven't really changed between the 2014 World Cup and Euro 2016. The Euro 2016 Nike Magista Opus cleats feature a leather-like Kangalite upper with ACC (All Conditions Control) technology for improved ball control under all conditions. The sole plate of the Nike Magista Euro 2016 shoes is designed to allow for better rotational agility with conical studs.
Nike also unveiled a Nike Magista Obra Euro 2016 boot. Featuring the same colorway, the Nike Magista Obra Euro 2016 soccer cleats boast a standout heightened Dynamic Fit collar and a Flyknit upper. They will be worn by the likes of Mario Götze and Blaise Matuidi at Euro 2016.
The red / yellow Nike Magista Opus Euro 2016 boots will be available to buy from May 29 and cost 200 € ($200, £160).
