Corinthians have released a special goalkeeper jersey and a set of t shirts in honour of their long-serving keeper Cássio, with dragons incorporated into the font.
Corinthians Release Cássio Tribute Collection
The Brazilian goalkeeper has been with the club since 2012 and is the most decorated Corinthians player in history. He has made over 500 appearances for them and has won the Copa Libertadores, multiple Campeonato Paulistas and the Club World Cup, among others. The Club World Cup victory came in Japan in 2012, hence the dragon-themed font coinciding with the ten year anniversary.
The collection includes a black goalkeeper long sleeve goalkeeper jersey as well as three short sleeve t shirts in blue, yellow and orange, all with the Nike logo and black and gold Corinthians badge on the chest. In the centre of the chest is the goalkeeper's signature, while his name and number 12 adorn the back in the special black and gold font.
