In the last few days, pictures of a supposedly low-cut version of the all-new Nike Phantom VSN football boots got people talking. Will Nike release a Phantom Vision soccer cleat without the collar that is connected to the all-new Quadfit mesh bootie?

The pictures of the low-cut Nike Phantom VSN soccer shoe was shared by football boots reviewer Josh from Soccer Reviews For You. However, it does not show a special low-cut version of the Nike Phantom VSN but just the regular boot with the collar tucked in.

Better or worse without the collar? I personally think they look way better as a true low, something that is totally possible to do given the design. By the way, I didn’t cut the collar off, I just tucked it in. #PhantomVSN #PhantomVision #SR4U

In fact, we can reveal that there won't be a low-cut version of the Nike Phantom VSN football shoe, but just the high-cut version with the all-new Quadfit mesh bootie.

“We developed an internal Quadfit mesh bootie that conforms to fit most any foot, but retains its shape and will not overstretch,” says Woodman. “Quadfit contains the foot without constricting the foot.”
